Default Tasteless mead

We made our first mead, a Peach Mead last year to give as christmas gifts this year. A couple of months ago we transferred the mead into a secondary. At that time the mead seemed tasteless. We are going to bottle this weekend, can we add more peach flavor at this time or just leave it alone? I can't tell you what type of honey or anything else we used since hubby done it all. Thanks for any advice.

Without some details, we can only guess about why your mead seems to be lacking, but in any case, you can always add more peach flavor and can make other tweaks up to the point where it is bottled. However, if you do add more of "something" to it, the batch may need more time aging to integrate it.
