Default A taste of my own mead

http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f80/nerros-sour-citrus-melomel-67059/

After a year of ageing in bulk I have bottled my citrus melomel. Everybody loves it, it's tart and beautifully honey-ish. It drinks really well from a tumbler

And just because I'm psyched!! a Photo

I know, grainy, cell phone pic

WOW...Looks like you should send one of those Netherlands cool bottles to Colorado USA! Sounds great!

Default Sweet

I checked your initial recipe that you posted back in May. The finished product looks awesome.... Could you update the original recipe to include bulk aging and any other adjustment that you made? Thanks for your contribution.

Bulk aging is different from bottle aging, right?

Jup, when ageing in bulk the temperature variations in the liquid are smaller and the product clears a little bit better.
