My in-laws have a tree full of ripe figs that are begging to be made into a mead.
Do any of you have any mead recipes using Figs? Or perhaps just make a recommendation on how to make them into a simple melomel?
I've seen a recipe for fig wine (just google it, I'm sure), but not fig mead to my knowledge. Then again, I've never done mead, but as I have a couple of fig trees with ripening figs you now have my curiosity piqued.
