Default Question about Yeast

I'm planning to mix up a 5 gallon batch of must. Then I wanted to divide the must into separate 2 and 3 gallons containers and use a different yeast in each container to ferment. Do I need to adjust the amount of yeast I use in each, from say a 5 gram foil pack. Do I need to rehydrate and put just part of the mixture in?

Thanks,
Greg

5g is an appropriate amount of yeast for 1-6 gallons. So just throw in the whole pack in each batch.
