I have 2 - 1 gallon bags of grapes from my grandfather's ranch. He says they are "wine making grapes" however not sure which kind. he has been making wine with these grapes for years, but i would like to try to make a somewhat dry pyment. I can't find an actual recipe for a pyment that is made from actual grapes online. Can anyone suggest one? or maybe even just a link?
