Default POM Mead experiment

3 gallon batch I put together last night, I just recently got a 3 gallon glass carboy from my buddy who is a chemist and no longer needed it. So I decided to experiment.

1/2 gallon Langers 100% Pomegranite juice
8 cups orange blossom honey (6 LBS)
1.5 tsp nutrient & 1.5 tsp engergizer
2 Gallons RO water
Lavlin 1118 champagne yeast

I am going to see how this compares to another 1 gallon batch of POM mead I put together 4 months ago.

For that one I did 2 cups of POM juice and 1 whole pomegranite's seeds.
2 lbs OB honey
.5 tsp nutrient & .5 tsp energizer
1 gallon RO water
Lavlin 1116 yeast
