hi does anyone have a pitching rate for mead like mr. malty?

im going to brew a dry (carbonated) mead and well its going to be 20 gals.

i just add 4 packs of D47 or lalvin 118?

1 gram per gallon is fine unless it is a high gravity batch in which you may get better results pitching 2 grams per gallon. With meads, overpitching really isn't an issue.

Medsen
