Default Naked Mead?

This may be a dumb question but could you brew a mead using the Naked brand fruit smoothies?

Im not sure if any of the ingredients would prohibit this or not?

any help would be appreciated!

Not familiar with those but it depends on the ingredients.

If there's no preservatives then definitely...

List us the ingredients and we can take a look. Usually it's sorbates you want to avoid. And sulphites.

There does not appear to be any preservatives in thier products...the smoothies do have soy/almond protein. Not sure how that would play out in a mead. Others with ore knowledge would know...of course...

I did this in a one gallon batch recently, I used 3lbs of honey, Blue Machine, and then added strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and sweet black cherries. its been nearly a month and it is looking and tasting great.

I've looked into using the mighty mango, I don't see any reason it wouldn't work... But I would highly recommend using some pectic enzyme
