Has anyone made a mulled strawberry melomel. If so how did it turn out and what was your recipe?
Mulled, as in using mulling spices (cinammon, cloves, ginger, etc)?
That's what I was thinking but I'm not sure how that would turn out.

The best mulled wine I've had was made with a desert wine that had strawberry notes.
Do you plan on sulfiting and sweetening it? Add the spices prefermentation or post?
