Default Mold?
Hi! new in the forum here.

I just made some mead for the first time and I did it according to this recipe
http://www.stormthecastle.com/mead/fast-cheap-mead-making.htm The thing I'm worried about is the oranges and raisins, Will they mold?

Thanks! Though I only put a ballon on with a pinhole and it looks like it got some pressure on the ballon (the ballon is standing up, it's not flack) is it still OK? Sry I'm just worried :P
