Default Looking for The most traditional Mead

Hey all, I am looking for A true viking traditional Mead to Brew for my upcoming brewery. Any one out there got a recipe? Let me know, I am gaining true support for the beer and wine additions to my lists, and need some mead!
Let me know, will you?

Dude....Take your e-mail down.

Welcome.

I think that most traditional Viking meads tend to be simple sack mead. Very Strong, very sweet....very basic.

4# honey,Nutrient, Energizer, and water to make a gallon...scale as you wish.
