I found a 5-year old post on another forum, but some of the weights/quantities are in unusual symbols rather than numbers. I would really like to make this one, but I don't want to go wildly off the mark on any of the quantities.

I will post it later tonight or tomorrow - it needs to be cleaned-up as it was a 1998 recipe and several things have changed since then...

This link will allow you to read (or D/L) the Blue Braggot (rev 3) recipe.

The recipe has been somewhat revised, and a BOLD caution added related to the use of the black cardamom spice...

Does this have a bright shade of blue? Between the berries and the malt?

No, it is reddish-purple in color. I thought I had a photo of some in a glass, but I can't seem to locate it.

If you D/l the file linked-above you'll see two embedded photos of it in a carboy.
