Default Lemon,OrangePeel,Lemongrass, Grape Mead?

Not sure if this is a Metheglin or Pyment or what but it's what I had on hand. I'm curious what I should expect out if it. Citrusy?

3 gal batch

1gal white grape juice (welches Niagara)
3lbs Clover Honey
3lbs Amber blend honey
1/2oz of each lemon peel, lemon grass, sweet orange peel, and bitter orange peel
Topped up carboy with water (about 2 gal)

Blended it with a degassing wand and pitched d-47. OG was something like 1.12 (higher than planned). It' bubbling slowly along at 58 degrees. The spices keep clogging up my airlock.

A spiced Pyment perhaps ?

If using stuff that could clog an airlock, the wisdom is to start it in a bucket, for a 3 gallon batch, a 5 gallon bucket. Then it's got room to foam etc and when (if) you aerate down to the 1/3rd break, then it's got room to foam up while you're stirring or however you want to aerate and not flood the nearest bit of floor....
