Kannan's Ancient Orange
3 2in Cinnamon Sticks
1 whole clove
1 Tsp Yeast Nutrient (from http://www.homebrewery.com)
Warmed Honey to make it easier to pour, then sliced the orange, peel and all into sections. Added Orange slices and spices to half full 1gal carboy, then poured in honey. Capped carboy and shook well for a couple of minutes. Pitched yeast and nutrient, topped off carboy, shook for another minute, popped the airlock on and set it in the closet.
Added Bentonite at racking.
