SG was pretty much exactly 1.000, maybe SLIGHTLY below.

So, anyone have any suggestions about what I should do now?
I haven't seen any bubbling from the airlock in at least a week, if not more.
I've added more yeast nutrient, Wyeast to be exact, no apparent fermentation, as well as leveled off the pH to around 4-5 in each batch.
My orange mead is pretty clear right now, I can see through to the other side of the bottle.
Should I re-rack the meads, add more yeast, or give up on these batches?
