Default Infection?

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Y...110_204700.jpg

I had areated and degassed the mead today. I noticed that before I did it, it floated back up to the top a while later. Could that be pollen or is it probably infected?

I had an accident with the airlock so it's defintely possible.
