Default Honeywood Mead from Oregon Clone?

Relatively new to the mead scene, and this one caught my eye quick. SWMBO loves it, we bought an entire case. She likes the mead's I have made, but told me I need to find a clone to this one. Any takers? I know it's made with White Clover, and it's quite sweet, but not syrupy.

Looks to be a white clover show mead. So just honey, water, yeast, and maybe some nutrients. What is the abv? That would shed quite a bit of light on what yeast to use.
