Agreed, never heard anyone using it and I wouldn't want to be the first.
Their description of this stuff is just amazing. Apparently honey can cure anything, make you run faster and just make you a better person. Though admittedly, dehydrated honey doesn't sound bad, but I wouldn't use it for a mead. I would like to try it as a sugar replacement perhaps, but not 50 lbs of it.
Meads: Hababero and Sarrano Capiscumel, Show Mead possibly getting split and flavored, and 12 gallons of Bochet Deliciousness
Ciders:3 Ciders with differing additives TBD, Strawberry/Apple Cider
Wine: Black Cherry Vanilla Port
