Default honey farmers?

can bees make honey from hops? they produce pollen correct? i'm sure someone must have tried it by now?

I don't know enough about hops, but do they produce flowers? If they produce flowers, I'd imagine it'd likely work.

Honey is largely produced from nectar. I don't know how much nectar hops produce. Bees will travel up to 2 miles to find the best nectar source. The main push of honey production is typically called the "honey flow" by bee keepers. Pollen is used as a primary food source, especially for young, developing bees.

If it was possible, I'm certain hop honey would be sold in the Willamette Valley. Haven't seen any.
