Man, I am just finding all the wrong info on the www.
I suppose the sweetness are a bit subjective but I'll take your word for it as you've definitely demonstrated your expertise.

I'm going to make one of your fermentation restarters and get that gravity down. It's not like I'll have to throw it out, couldn't turn out too terrible.

Thanks again for all your help. I'll definitely be reading more of your FAQ posts and checking that book out.

Sweetness is certainly subjective. The range I cited earlier was from Ken's book. Here are the FG ranges from the 2009 Beer Judge Certification Program (BCJP) Mead Exam Study Guide [in which my FAQs have been added as study references]:dry: 0.990 – 1.010, semi-sweet: 1.010 – 1.025, sweet: 1.025 – 1.050.

The point here is that you will not find a "one size fits all" definition for sweetness, although the BJCP is attempting to standardize the ranges for the purposes of consistent judging.
