Default Help on Mead recipe

Thinking about doing a 1 gallon to get started and here's my thinking:
Want to be semi sweet
want to be sparkling
no spices or flavorings, just want a honey flavor

Any advice? esp on yeast to use and how much honey to use

Thanks as always!!!

I would agree, however the specific range depends considerably on the yeast strain being used. Typically 65-70°F works well with most strains.

I would not advise following this temperature range for mead...

General Observation: Be cautious of following short, generalizations, that are not supported by recognized subject matter experts, or are not based on factual evidence (science, math, etc.).
