Has anyone carbonated a bochet?
I just put one into 2ndary and I plan to give it a good 6 months there but was thinking of carbonating it when the time comes to bottle.
This is my first bochet so I am not sure if carbonation will benefit the end product.
Here's my recipe...
1 gallon batch
3.7 lb clover honey
1 tsp Fermax
½ tsp Energizer
I boiled the honey for 1.5 hours. Aerated and SNA until 1/3 sugar break. Plan to bottle in 12 oz beer bottles.
