Default Clove + Honey

Just wondering if a clove & honey mead would work. It will be my 1st.

Add an orange, some nutmeg and raisins and you've got Joe's Ancient Orange Mead - a guaranteed success!

Seriously, go really easy on the cloves (My taste ranges to 2/gallon, MAX) or you will have to age it for a bit (and thats no fun)
