Default cloe's blueberry melomel

here's a melomel i put together this evening
it's named after my daughter

cloe's blueberry melomel

makes 2 gallons

3 lbs clover honey
1 gallon blueberry/pomegranete juice
2 frozen apple juice concentrate
3 qt. water
3 green tea bags
2 lbs fresh/frozen blueberries
1 packet lalvin ec-1118

smash berries in grain bag in brewpot, add all ingredients EXCEPT yeast, bring all ingredients to boil for 15 min, skim scum, cool, top w/ h2o, add yeast when 75*, wait

nope...it's an adaption of 3 or 4 recipies i've seen and just kinda threw them all together.

i will tell you this...it tasted DELICIOUS before i pitched the yeast.

it's bubblin like crazy right now.

this one is gonna be tough to wait on

You might want to add some peptic enzyme when you rack to secondary, if you want it to clear. I don't boil honey, either.
