just sounds dangerous. i had an 11%cyser on tap for a awhile and it was just too easy to pour a pint glass of it and drink it down. after two of those i'm wobbling all over the place and realize i just drank 2 pints of riesling basically(by ABV) it takes more control than i have to just fill up a wine glass off a tap, especially if it's sparkling. pint glass justs "feels right".
proceed at your own risk.

I made a cream soda mead that is sparkling. This is a crowd pleaser and the folks in my local brew club love it.

Out of curiosity, what was the recipe for the cream soda mead?

I recently carbed a mead; it's pretty young but I really enjoyed the sparkle, brightened it up significantly for a mead that otherwise would probably be really harsh due to its youth.
