Default Buttery Sweet tooth

Ingredients:
12lbs Goldenrod Honey
4lbs Clover Honey
4.5 Gallons Water
Wyeast Sweet Mead
5tsp Yeast energizer

At day 24 of primary fermentation the gravity was 1.052 and a few days later it was the same so im looking at about 12.5%ABV, yay hit my target. Goldenrod honey gives a nice buttery flavor, and the mead is incredibly sweet should mellow with age but amazing anyways, ladies like it also . Looking to rack after about 30 days in the primary to a secondary for the sole purpose or clarifying, may have to rack to a 5 gallon carboy so I have some to "taste".

Let me know what you think, and ill keep updates going.

Did you boil the water and the honey? Or did you just dump and stir into the primary?
