Another option for anyone in the Philly area is an apiary in Monroevill, NJ called fruitwood orchards. http://www.fruitwoodorchardshoney.com/

They have 60lb pails ranging from $155 for wild honey to $217 for Tupelo. Its not a bad drive from Philly, and another excuse to hit up Monster Beverage or Canal's!

If you're in Lancaster on a weekday, you can pick up a full 5 gallon bucket at their store for $116. Otherwise, you can pay UPS to deliver it for about $30 more. They also sell 55 gallon drums. Not sure if the cost saving would be worth it.

I believe honey prices have increased in recent years. About five years ago, an apiary in my area would fill a 5 gallon bucket for about $70. I don't recall any huge increases, but every year the price seems to go up a little more.
