Braggot?

Anybody have any experience with braggot? I just got done brewing a honey lager and was wondering what it would be like with the honey/malt proportions reversed. Any suggestions on yeast strains, fermentation time and bottling would be greatly appreciated. Here's a link to some old resources about the drink. http://www.nwlink.com/~badger/braggot.html
