Default Bottled and sampled my first mead today

image-2573023041.jpg

Made joes grape mead but added about 20oz of puréed cranberries and instead of buckwheat used raw wild honey and upped it by about 10oz. Back sweetened with cranberry juice and 8oz of raw wild honey.

Og was 1.086 went to dry and cold crashed and racked onto previously mentioned and sorbate and sulfite.

Brought this bottle to thanksgiving to see what everyone thinks and it was a hit! I could really taste the honey and cranberry, just right and with age this is going to be a winner. Going to make a bigger batch next time.
