Default Bottle time

HI all just a fast opinion question.

The Mead looks great and the gravity is perfect. Now it is time for bottling. I planned on using the same bottles that I use for brewing beer.

My question is, do you think I should use traditional caps, or shout I use oxidation caps?

Any thoughts?

I'm not sure how or if they work, but I plan on doing some for long term storage, and it'll be with O2 caps. The rest...Regular.

I have mead that is 9 years old, with plain Brewer's Best beer caps. I've never bought those o2 absorbing caps.

I've never tasted beer or mead that was oxidized either. I suspect they are another invention to solve a problem that doesn't really exist for 99.5% of home brewers.

I bottled my prickly pear mead with the o2 caps.
