I am quite new at mead making. As in never made any before. I also am quite the Tolkien nerd. Even when I was young listening to my father read me The Hobbit, I was intrigued by Bjorn's mead that he made from the honey he collected from the bees he kept.

Any fellow LOTR or Hobbit fans on here who have tried or have any ideas for recreating Bjorn's Honey Mead?
