A banana mead batch
So i just compeleted my second batch and this one is a cinnamon banana and rasin brew its only been like a hour or so and its already bubblin and foaming really well i hope it turns out good i didnt boil the bananas i think i should have though :-/ i put a whole banana, about 20 +/- rasins and a stick of cinnamon along with a pound of honey. Its a half gallon carboy for cost purposes (im not the richest chocolate in the box). I have just question how long should i let this one ferment? Before i rack it and bottle it.
