Default Banana mead?

I want to make a batch today consisting of bananas and some cinnamon and something else but i dont know what

I'd check out both posts. The process for boiling the bananas is better described in yoopers post, but the ingredients have changed.

I experimented with this one on one of my first trys, for my spices I used cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and nutmeg. We tested it after the first rack, and then sweetened it and drank it on ice that same day. Next batch will be a 5 gal, and I am sure if we are patient and rack it a few times it will be super.
