What's the oldest sparkling mead you've made/tried/found/heard of ? Do you know if a dry sparkling mead will age differently than dry non-sparkling? My mead is going to be bottle conditioned and not force carbed. Just curious, I want to age my first mead many years(assuming it turns out well) and if sparkling mead doesn't fit the bill I'm not going to make a sparkler.
