Default Aging a 'light' braggot

I found an American Wheat / Orange Blossom honey braggot I'd like to try. My experience with Am Wheat beers is they're best drank fresh. Any thoughts on how aging a braggot based off an Am Wheat may affect the quality? I'm looking at roughly 30% Pilsner, 30% Wheat, 30% orange blossom honey and some C40L for color. OG around 1.070. Any thoughts on aging this one for up to a year?

I think it's something you're going to have to watch as time goes by. When you bottle it, bottle it in several smaller bottles and try one every month and see if it's peaked or not.

Sensible advice...it'll probably age fine, depending on if you're using hops too....should age fine as a mead, but you'll lose your hop flavor over time....occasional taste testing sounds reasonable
