I found an American Wheat / Orange Blossom honey braggot I'd like to try. My experience with Am Wheat beers is they're best drank fresh. Any thoughts on how aging a braggot based off an Am Wheat may affect the quality? I'm looking at roughly 30% Pilsner, 30% Wheat, 30% orange blossom honey and some C40L for color. OG around 1.070. Any thoughts on aging this one for up to a year?
