Default Acid Blend

I am going to be racking my first mead this weekend. The kit I have came with acid blend. should I or should I not add this. should I test ph first?

Taste it first. If you think it needs to be more sour, then go ahead and add the acid. Since it's a kit, you'll probably need to add the acid.
