Default 1.5 lbs of honey

What can I do with 1.5lbs of honey?

Add it to beer! depending the type. Most will add little or no flavor, but will dry a beer out and add alcohol content. I like adding it to wheat or belgians. Although I have also added to several other types and they all turned out fairly well.

You can make a gallon of quick mead. 1.5 lbs will give you an OG ~1.060. That will ferment down to 1.000 or so and be drinkable in a couple weeks.
