Recapping Pacifico Bottles Trouble

I just bottled a 5+ gallon batch of an Imperial IPA and had trouble with recapping on Pacifico bottles because the rim is slightly deeper than on other bottles. Seems like the tension might not be up to par. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas to see if there is potential for leakage?
