I just got started in brewing about a month ago when one of my coworkers suggested I give it a try, with his help. I've finally gotten all the pieces to put together my own system, and I'm attempting to learn the science behind what each grain/hop/etc adds to a beer. Any advice is welcomed, but I always enjoy a challenge.
Originally from TX, but the military has me in NC for a little while.
