Did my 1st Extract batch in May, an IPA. Just put my 4th batch, an English Pale Ale, in the fermenter on Friday evening. Bottled that 1st batch, decided I didn't particulary enjoy bottling and moved to corny kegs for everything since. Think I'll stick with Extract brewing for awhile, I'd like to get pretty good and consistent at that before jumping in to all grain.
Am in the Clinton County area of Central PA, hoping there are others, haven't found any local brew club, closest I've heard of is in State College.
