I started with Coopers kits as a gift (thanks SWMBO). First couple brews I was impatient with aging etc. and just last 10 bottles were okay. Currently I have a Columbus IPA (SMASH -Morebeer) in keg and is decent. I over carbed and have fixed, thanks forums! In secondary is a B3 Stout, also Morebeer... kegging this weekend. I have 2 more extract kits in the fridge waiting to finish the keezer and fermenting chamber. I'm so excited to make home brews!!
