Thank you all for the help. I'm waiting for it to carb in bottle, another 5 days. Then let it sit a couple of weeks at about 55 degrees, then into the fridge for a real taste. any ideas beyoung that for a good brew on this? This is the part I dislike about brewing.
I also ordered my first grains to steep for a brown ale...thanks for the encouagement there. I have a hard lemonade clearing now .. as I say waiting. Happy and safe Fourth of July |
