Hi All, My names Joey.

I'm hoping to gain some valuable knowledge from this site, as I get more into home brewing. My interest in home brewing comes from Whiskey training at work which I found really interesting. Previously when I tried beer I wasn't all that much keen on it, however from trying different whiskeys and learning how to appreciate different one's more I found myself being drawn into drinking beer with friends.

Recently stumbled across a youtube video for Graff (Brandon O's Graff) which brought me to this place.
