After a 3 month trip in the USA, where I was introduced to the wonderful world of small/micro breweries (something we don't have in Portugal), I decided it was time to get my feet wet =)
I'm eagerly waiting for my first batch of beer to be ready and thought that, in the meanwhile, I should improve my beer making knowledge.
