Greetings fellow brewers.
Quick intro:
I just took the jump from extract brewing to all grain (last Sunday actually).
III Nuns Brewing Co is my label, named after my 3 young daughters who love to help me brew (and whom I want to send to a convent for their teenage years so I don't have to deal with all the hormones!). Don't know if there's enough homebrew in the world to get through those years.
I also just built a hop garden this past spring and am growing Centennials, Cascade, Fuggles and Mt Hood.
Favorite beers.......any variation of an IPA.
Thinking of actually starting a non-profit brewery one of these days.
