Hello all, I am what one might call a consummate newbie. I started brewing about a year and a half ago doing partial mash beers and lots of wine. I think I am ready to graduate to all grain, just looking for the right recipe.
Anyway I just bought a house just north of Denver Colorado with a 20x40 brewery, I mean shed, and am getting ready to do another partial mash beer before jumping into the all grain era.
I do not know if anyone here makes wines as well as beer, but as I am married to a woman that does not like beer I make wines for her as well. I make almost as much wines as I do beer!
