Hi, I'm not quite a new brewer, but have been away from the hobby for many years. (Envision broken carboy, half fermented brown ale, and light colored apartment carpeting..) After ghosting here for a while, learning and relearning, my first new batch should be ready to bottle soon. I had forgotten many things over the years, and learned much had changed. And how much I really DON'T know.
