Hello all! I am a mead maker-a beer maker-a wine maker-a cheese maker and a bread maker! I have a huge garden-i can and preserve it all! I love heirloom tomatoes and herbs. I milk 5 LaMancha does each night to make cheese and i try to use the fruits on the property to make wine. My main love though is MEAD! I make a very light mead -like champange- that will knock you on your arse!! It's clean, and fresh-not like the thick heavy one's i have had before! Glad to be a part of the community :} cheers!!
