Hello from London

Hi
Just to introduce myself name Chris and I live in ealing just outside London.
I first started brewing about 25 years ago but due to work wife had to pack it up
Now It has got better no work no wife and I have just retired so lots of free time.
I started brewing again about 2 months ago have 3 brews on the go one I have just bottled one. 2 in secondary at the moment haven’t decided what to do with them either bottle or pressure barrel. Have been building a spin plate I think I am up to modification 6 at the moment it now has a tempriture controlded plate, so maintains a tempriture of 21c and 2 spin plates . Bit cold where I do all my brewing in the garage.

Hi it was a old wine heating plate i got about 25 years ago 50w and a sensor that i built.
