Been at home brewing for a while now about ready to make the jump to all grain instead of partial mash. Figured instead of lurking I might as well sign up.

All-grain is where I started; never did many partials; i just jumped right in; i did not realize that mash temp is key at first. There are many other variables, but if you follow that, you'll be alright!
